Crofton Roman Villa
- Earliest house was built on this estimated 500 acre farm estate, located 11 miles from Londinium, in AD 140-170.
- The structure underwent many alterations over the centuries and was probably inhabited until AD 400.
- Foundations of few rooms of a larger villa first. The rest of the remains are beneath the town or were destroyed when the railway was constructed in the 19th century.
- Touch tables with artifacts found in the site.
